For special “deep” tests, testers receive a special “legend” aligned to your desired parameters. In this “legend” it is defined with which concern or appearance the tester should appear and which correct or incorrect behavior in tested persons or processes can be triggered and assessed with it. Examples of this can be simple legends such as the worries of an allergy sufferer, the image of a complainer who doesn’t like anything about the food and wants to send it all back, or a bouncer who thinks he has forgotten his wallet. We additionally create legends individually for your company and your products and services.

We are also happy to test the operations of your competitors and create comparative evaluations of your company.

How we work

Data: protected

Personal customer data is stored by Market-Scout for a period of six months and then pseudonymized. If longer storage is desired, this must be ordered separately.

Documentation of the defects

If legally possible, defects such as defective products, soiling or untidiness are recorded in a photo-documentary manner. We never record personal information without the consent of your employees.

Price example

To permanently implement one’s own quality standards in one’s business requires not only a lot of effort and patience, but also a chain of regular checks and measures until service ideas and demands on products have become second nature to the employees.

In our pricing example, we test a company with two sites, once a quarter with 5 testers at each site. In addition to a one-time setup, an evaluation is also performed each quarter, from which changes from previous tests can be easily identified.
