The standard product for public transport providers
Check of the vehicle in relation to line or driver with the following key data:

  • Greeting and ticket control
  • Ticket sales, change situation
  • Asking for route or time information (and reaction of drivers, optional: foreign language skills)
  • Cleanliness and neatness in the driver cabin
  • Interaction with other passengers
  • Cleanliness, smell and condition of the vehicle

  • Dealing with traffic and public transport regulations (halting outside of official stops etc.)

Driver- and Taxi/Limousine–Check

The standard product for taxi and rental car companies
Check of the vehicle in relation to driver or vehicle with the following key data:

  • Waiting time and punctuality
  • Welcome in the vehicle
  • Cleanliness, smell and condition of the vehicle
  • Noise (optional: handling of objections, e.g. change of radio station)

Stop Check

Survey of the condition at stops or ranks, mostly done in conjunction with the Driver Check.

  • Condition of the ticket machine at the stop (if applicable)
  • Cleanliness and condition of the stop or rank
  • Notices, timetables, digital displays
  • Sense of security during the waiting time

Ticketing

Ticket sales at the ticket counter of your company.

Dealing with fare dodgers or passengers with expired tickets. Market-Scout travels without a ticket at the „right“ time and checks how professional your ticket inspectors are.

Passenger Survey

Passenger survey in the transport vehicle

We interview passengers in transit.

Survey content:

  • Knowledge about special offers
  • Individual perceptions and experiences (safety, satisfaction, cost/benefit)
  • Competitors (alternative transport providers, individual means of transport)

Protected data

Personal customer data is stored by MarketScout for a period of six months and then pseudonymized. A longer storage period can be arranged upon request.

Documentation of deficiencies

If legally possible, any deficiencies such as soiling or vandalism are recorded in photographic as well as written form. We never record personal information without the consent of your employees.

Whether we travel by public means, such as tram, bus or subway, or take a cab to get from one place to another, the way we are transported plays a major role in our lives. We have developed a product catalogue for all means of public transport so that you can review your service to passengers objectively.

In our pricing example, we accompanied 40 bus drivers to take a closer look at the passengers‘ requirements. In order to exclude a one-off effect and thus make the result more objective, the test was repeated 3-5 days later.
